Aj understands in life unforeseen circumstances do arise. If there is an emergency or an urgent matter please let Aj know asap.
Failing to show up day of appointment the client will be billed 50% of the procedure. Time was blocked especially for them and cannot be replaced.
If clients have a cold, flu, bad allergies, or any other health issues they must reschedule as soon as possible. The health and wellbeing of the client and others must always come first.
If I’ve had previous permanent makeup I need to schedule a consultation prior to an appointment. Due to variances of Artists and products used, Aj needs to determine if she can proceed with a permanent makeup appointment.
If someone shows up to an appointment and has had previous cosmetic tattoos that Aj wasn’t aware of they may be denied as a client.
Full payment is due at time of procedure. Aj accepts cash, debit, and credit. If for any reason someone refuses to pay, the card is declined, a check bounces, or if the charges are disputed, legal action may be taken and person may be responsible for up to $10,000 in legal fees.
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, please allow plenty of time to be on time for your appointment. If someone arrives more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule.
Aj allows plenty of time in between clients to make sure she is on time for an appointment. However, sometimes procedures run longer than expected for different reasons. If so, please be understanding as it may be you who this happens to.
If someone arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or seem to be in not good physical or mental health they may be denied as a client.
Aj holds the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason . If someone is denied as a client, aside from the above Aj will not hold me liable for any charges.
Different Artist have different creative artistic styles, professional opinions, & standards. Based on those reasons, I understand we must be in agreement of design before moving forward.
If for some reason we cannot come to an agreement of design, I will respectfully understand and not willingly defame Aj based on her professional judgement.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed. If a guest is brought to the appointment they will have to wait in the waiting room as Aj does not allow anyone in the procedure area when working.
It is required to have a second session appointment within 8-12 weeks after the original procedure. Please note touch-up pricing under “Services”.

Covid-19 vaccines must be taken 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks post appointment.
